State Bank of Faribault supports Viaduct Park

We are pleased to announce a gift of $125,000.00 from The State Bank of Faribault in sponsorship of the Gathering Area in the building at Viaduct Park.

On behalf of the City of Faribault, the Faribault Foundation, the residents of Faribault and all who will enjoy Viaduct Park in the future, we express our gratitude to the State Bank for their generosity. The State Bank of Faribault partnered with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines to make this donation possible.

The State Bank representative Chad Koepke provided this statement: “The State Bank of Faribault is honored to assist in the buildout of Viaduct Park, a public resource that will deliver wonderful opportunities for the city of Faribault. Giving back to the community is a core belief of the State Bank of Faribault, and Viaduct Park is the ultimate community project that will bring family and friends together to make memories for generations to come.”

Mayor Tom Spooner had these comments: “The City of Faribault is so thankful for the great support that the State Bank of Faribault provides. State Bank and the Carlander Family is and will always be a great asset to the Faribault community.”

The Faribault Foundation is proud to be a recipient of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund Award through partnership with the State Bank of Faribault. This award will invest into our community and support Viaduct Park.

Donations to the park are being managed by the Faribault Foundation.  The donations will fund specific amenities for the park or be part of general donations to support Viaduct Park. Contact the Faribault Foundation for more information.
