In 2023, the Faribault Foundation launched the Hand Up Campaign to build the Founders Fund. Thanks to the leadership and generosity of 48 community-minded donors, more than $2.3 million has already been committed to this permanent source of support for Faribault.

Every gift to the Founders Fund has a dual impact. A portion is invested in the Founders Fund Endowment, creating a permanent source of funding for future community grants. The remaining portion supports the long-term sustainability of the Faribault Foundation, ensuring the Foundation can continue connecting generous people with meaningful opportunities to improve our community.
