Ruth's House Endowment make three new endowments for the Faribault Foundation

The Faribault Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of an endowment fund for the much-loved local nonprofit, Ruth’s House.  The foundation provided a matching grant to Ruth’s House to encourage the development of the endowment fund.

Suzzanne Fox, Executive Director  of Ruth’s House said, “We’re incredibly grateful to the Faribault Foundation for their many years of support and for the opportunity to establish our endowment. The Ruth's House endowment fund will provide annual support to Ruth's House, helping carry forward our mission of helping women and children in Faribault and our surrounding communities. Giving to the Ruth's House endowment fund is a way to care for our community today and for generations to come.”

The Ruth's House endowment fund will provide an annual grant to Ruth's House to continue their tireless mission and charitable work in the Faribault area and surrounding communities. The shelter at Ruth's House is designed for women and their children to find reprieve and safety by offering necessities, case management services, weekly life-skill education classes, and 24/7 support from trained staff. Additionally, the shelter at Sarah's House serves as a safe, sober space for women in transitional periods. They are given case management services, life-skill classes, structured goal plans, and a healing environment to build a new life.

Giving to the Ruth's House endowment is an act of love, as your donation creates a gift in perpetuity, providing a reliable income stream in service of the mission.
