Community Grants

2023 CommUnity Grant Awards:

Beau Chant: Beau Chant is community choir celebrating 10 years of providing top quality musical performances in Faribault. The choir draws singers from Faribault and surrounding communities. The celebration of the 10th anniversary will include special concerts performed locally and in neighboring communities. Here is Dione Peterson director of Beau Chant.

WAANO: WAANO offers academic support free-of-charge to a large section of immigrant youth and adults with a cadre of volunteers. They have developed programs for youth leadership, academic enrichment, and offer a free English Program which runs three times weekly. Our support will help WAANO stay open for the summer to continue programming.

Johnston Hall Memorial: When Historic Johnston Hall was deconstructed a memorial committee formed to establish a beautiful Memorial garden and feature film about the building.
