Mission Statement
The Mission is to develop, manage, and administer financial resources
to promote and enhance the quality of life for the greater Faribault community.

The Faribault Foundation was founded in 1999, as a non-profit 501(c)3
tax-exempt public charity, that allows individuals, businesses and other
organizations, through bequest and gifts, to establish permanent endowments
and temporary funds within the structure of a single large foundation,
managed by a board of directors comprised of Faribault area residents.
The Faribault Foundation provides grants to non-profit organizations and
other community groups within the greater Faribault community area.
The Faribault Foundation holds, invests, and manages resources for individual,
family, business, and other non-profit organization donors.
The Faribault Foundation brings community leaders and groups together
to help identify and solve community problems by providing expert, technical
assistance and collaboration.
The Faribault Foundation sets priorities to maximize local benefits for
the distribution of the Foundation's unresticted funds and carries out
the specific charitable goals for the Foundation donor directed funds.
