Food Access Initiative seeks support

Pat Rice, Faribault Foundation Board Chair, delivered a contribution from the Faribault Foundation to Steph Helkenn, who manages the Faribault Food Access Initiative.

This group is reimagining Food Access with neighborhood distribution drop offs, and significant collaboration with many organizations. A food shelf market is in the works. Pat and I got a tour of the new space and saw the space where food is stored, boxed for distribution and loaded for neighborhood delivery.
